Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) govern the use of our website and the booking of our surf lessons. By booking a service, you agree to these T&Cs.
2. Booking and Contract Formation
A contract is formed when you complete a booking on our website and receive a confirmation email from us. The booking is binding.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in Euro (EU) and include applicable taxes. Payment is made via the available payment methods on the website (Paypal & Bank Transfer).
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing. A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The balance is payable on arrival if you wish to proceed. No refunds will be given for no-shows.
5. Liability
We are not liable for injuries or damages incurred during surfing or any other activities. All participants are responsible for their own safety and must follow the instructors’ guidance.
6. Changes to Services
We reserve the right to make changes to course times, locations, or offerings. In case of any changes, we will inform you promptly.
